High quality, well made product. I will buy all of these Distinctive presser feet as the price is much lower than my chain fabric and crafts store. They fit both my Singer and White sewing machines. I also bought the book The Sewing Machine Accessory Bible: Get the Most Out of Your Machine---From Using Basic Feet to Mastering Specialty Feet which is great. I had a couple of feet that this book helped me identify and together with my Distinctive feet I am happily sewing again.

This Pintuck foot fit my machine and worked fine and is good quality, but it was not what I wanted or needed. Unfortunately, the description of the foot on the Amazon site did not say how many grooves it had. I wanted a 5 or a 7 groove foot. The number of grooves determines the size of the tuck, and for my purposes the 9 groove (which this one is) makes too small of a tuck. So I had to continue my search till I was able to find one somewhere else that had 5 grooves. Maybe someday I will be making something that needs tiny tucks and I can use it then.

Makes beautiful pin tucks. For a larger pintuck, probably better to use a 5 or 3 grooved pintuck. This one makes tucks the size of my 7 grooved foot. Te extra grooves gives more leeway with spacing the tucks. Works best on light weight. Fabrics like batistes, sheermists, voile, etc. need a double needle, too, and different sized feet need different sized double needles. I likes it much!
