The paints are great. the hose didnt fit on my paashe talon which was dissapointing and also the easy release thing didnt fit either. the stand is great and the cleaner works well too although i dont really see it doing much all in all for the value i'd say its a good deal.

I have owned this for quite a while.

I bought an airbrush for cake decorating. And I bought an airbrush for my son for his crafting. At that time I also bought this for him 'to get him started'. Quite frankly it's pretty much still in the box. He hasn't used much of anything and it has been over a year. In the long run the idea is nice but it is far better to wait. Test your product yourself. Find out what you like to use and then just buy that rather than have this sitting around collecting dust.

The "Sew All" version of this is 100 spools of polyester thread 110 yards in each spool so it is the normal size Gutermann thread spool. Normally, those spools would retail for about $1.80 each (full retail). There are other "100 spool in-home assortments" that contain (a) all 100% natural cotton, (b) all silk threads, (c) all embroidery etc. I bought the Sew All version at a fabric store today with a 40% off coupon, paying less $1/spool.

While that is a great per spool price, the cabinet it comes in is what sealed the deal for me. It appears to be a very sturdy frame (could even be wood), with a heavy duty "drawer pull" handle on the top. The handle allows for easy carrying (it isn't too heavy) and it will stand on its own on a table or floor. No wall mounting devices are included, although it certainly could be mounted on a wall. Each thread slot is labeled with the thread number and holds up to 3 spools per slot, so you could store up to 300 Gutermann (small) spools in this cabinet.

So if you have a lot of Gutermann thread this is a great buy from a thread storage perspective too. The slots will not take the bigger Guntermann spools, although the plastic is flexible enough that you could try, but probably isn't worth trying if you break the plastic. The plastic is very flexible and I expect it will last a long time.

The thread is made in Germany (naturally!) and the cabinet is made in Mexico. I could not believe how sturdy the cabinet is not the junk that you usually see, that is for sure! I am very pleased to have noticed this item, because now, in a pinch, I'll always a have a color that is "close enough' without having to worry if the store is open, stand in line to pay etc.

I bought a bunch and they do work and stay on, if any come off on the tacky paper take them put them back on the area it popped off, cover with a cloth and reheat it will stay on. I did three jeans with different ones and they looked great!!

These won't write at all on a micro-fiber type fabric. I was expecting a more paint-like marking (complete coverage, deep color), these things are more like a hi-liter. Probably works A-ok on white cotton, wouldn't get them for anything else.

As someone who is very picky about their pens, I can tell you these are my favorite gel pens on the market. I am not looking for a pastel pen that writes on black paper well, or a pen that always looks wet, or a pen that makes my writing appear embossed.

I just like very colorful, easy to handle for long periods, pens that write smoothly, never clog, never leak, and have easy to read final writing.

These pens say "medium" on them, but I think they have a nice thin line that is just right. The Sakura Glaze and Moonlight pens make a thicker line that can make text hard to read if you write normal size, but these pens do not.

I think these pens are equally suited for taking notes, artwork, and scrapbooking.. except that they don't show up very well on black paper.

Ink is thick and dries fast. Pens have a smooth writing action. Ink dries considerably darker than the color of the caps. Ink is not opaque. If you're looking for opaque gel pens try the Sakura Moonlight variety. I wish there was a yellow.

these are great pens aside from the fact that sometimes when you first start writing it either doesn't write or you get too much ink. but once the ink starts rolling and evens out, they are good pens.

I am absolutely thrilled about this purchase. I had never colored any "advanced" color by number pictures, so I really didn't know what to expect. The quality of the canvas board the picture you color is printed on is really great. Nice, thick and durable. I have had the product for over a week now, and am still not half way through the first picture! Well worth the money. And I do plan on buying the other varieties once I am finished with this one!

The only complaints I have are really minor. The color by number charts for each picture are normal sized paper, which makes some parts really hard to see and follow. The pencil leads are a bit soft it seems, I have to sharpen them often for precision. And the number chart for which color is what number is on the back of the box, meaning I have to keep it around. But that is not so much a bad thing since I also need the box to determine if I am supposed to color a light shade of the color, or a darker shade of the color, which is another small hassle.

I have a large project I am working on with turned under hems and needed to find a quicker way to turn them under and an easier way to hold the hem in place until it was stitched. This tool did the trick! They slide on the fabric easily and hold the hem in place nicely. It made my hemming job so much quicker. Using just plain strait pins was time conuming and I kept stabbing myself with the pins. This goes so much quicker. The order came quickly and this product has save me so much time!! I like the product, but it seemed to me that the advertising for this product is unclear. Perhaps American Art Clay wants to keep it a little unclear which of the colors you will be receiving as they show you some colors, but they do not say which square corresponds to which color. I think that would be better...but I guess in the long run it doesn't matter so much. Another thing that is important to note is that these glazes are for cone 6 firings...so do some test tiles before actually using the colors on a cone 9 firing (some of them do work, but some of them don't show up at all if fired at the higher temperature).

I got these babies for cheap off of this site. The set has a tin, a brush, and a basic color selection. It would have been nice to have a beige color included, but since I have other watercolor pencil sets, it's not a big deal. The colors in this set, however, are beautiful, but unfortunately, I find the pencils a bit of a chore to sharpen and the leads are prone to breaking. That said, the tube watercolors from Royal Langnickel are pretty good, so if these pencils don't sound good to you, don't be afraid to try their tube watercolors.

I purchased this set in our local discount store for less than half of Amazon price. They are quite all right as regular pencils but horrible as watercolor pencils. The pigment barely dissolves and pencil strokes remain on the paper. This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". I actually got this set for my 6-year olds but I recently got interested in watercolor pencils and compared them to Prismacolor and Derwent WC pencils that I purchased for myself. They are a little more expensive but perform so much better as WC pencils. Royal @ Langnickel is just not worth my time.

I purchased these for a project I was working on. After I had sketched in the art I took out the brush and dipped it in water and brushed... and nothing happened. I used more water and got a *very* slight amount of pigment pull (the pencil strokes are clearly still visible). I headed to youtube to see if this was normal for watercolor pencils and saw that the videos there got substantial pigment pull (it looked like they were actually painting) with much less water needed.

My assignment looks like I used regular color pencils and dumped water on it. Not pleased at all.
