The pencils are 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, HB, B, 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, and 6B. The case is stiff and the pencils are difficult to take out and put back in. Also, the small sketch pad seems kind of useless, but I have lots of paper already so it hardly matters. The pencils are really rough and cheap. I could hardly sharpen them because they broke so easily. Buy some nice pencils instead, don't even buy this for the case or anything else inside of it, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

My old set of sketch pencils were stolen from me and i was looking for another set that wouldn't break the bank, quality cost money after all.

I brought these thinking they will suffice for my classes until i can purchase a new and better set of pencils but now i can tell you that i wont be purchasing anything else. There are limited hardnesses but these pencils are durable, erase well and have enough of a variety of hardness to make achieving a wide rage of values practically effortless.

I also really love the carrying case it makes my life so much easier when I'm dashing to and from class!
