It should be noted that half the papers are solid and are more paper-like in texture than the nearly fabric texture of the patterned sheets. Twenty sheets are patterned and 20 are solid. The solid colors are also beautiful. I bought two packs for a mobile. I think that if the solid, more subdued colors were not part of the mobile, there could be too many colors going on at once and the effect of the piece lessened. The solid colors provide a nice contrast to the busy patterns. All the same, the patterned sheets are beautiful and have golden accents to add to their charm. I say all of this to say that if you are looking for 40 sheets that are patterned, you might consider another product.

This paper is no bigger than a small post-it note. I must say that this rice paper is very colorful and of very high quality. It is wonderful to work with.
This paper is not for beginners. The size make its very difficult to work with. Rice paper can be very challenging for children who are just learning the art of folding.

This is really nice origami paper. Every sheet is different with amazing patterns and vibrate colors. Even the solid color sheets that separate each one are nice quality. Has the feel of handmade paper but with smooth consistency. Very nice to work with. If you fold origami regularly, you'll love this!

This was beautiful paper, lovely colors and designs, and had a very nice texture. Just be aware that you only really get 20 usable sheets. The in between sheets aren't as good a quality as practice paper.

This paper looks so beautiful. I wish it came in 8 inch squares or even 6 inch squares. I have to look elsewhere for a bigger size. Such a shame
