I purchased these scissors because I did not own any sewing scissors. I purchased them because I was working on a rag quilt and needed to snip the fabric a few hundred times.

They did cut the fabric nice and cleanly. However my hands ached and the handles were not that comfortable. The blades also felt a little loose sometimes as they cut. I hoped they would be better, but they were good for the price!

Scissors are sharp and cut well. They are comfortable and are a great addition to any sewing/craft room. I am left handed, my daughter right we both use them w/no problems. I would buy them again.

One wonders if a good deal will end up a bad investment but these scissors were well worth the risk. I'm very happy with them. I'm dressmaking and these are sharp enough to run the scissor through the materials rather then cutting through. I must admit that from the sharpness, comfort in the hand and pretty design I will continue to buy these throughout my career and use them more frequently then the expensive ones I have in order to keep them at a razors edge when needed for cutting fine satin. I highly recommend these to you. Don't hesitate. You will not be disappointed.
