Buy PETER PAN Art-to-sew 8" Cotton Fabric Print Square "ACROSS

Customer Ratings:

The product was fine, in good condition just not what I expected. I take responsiblity for not reading closely, but it was listed with other large pieces of fabric. I thought it would be larger (not your fault) I am not sure what to do with it.

I was impressed with the quality of this product. I am still figuring how I will use it--make a small pillow perhaps. Very nice.!

Used this block and all the others for a quilt for granddaughter. I will see how it holds up to washing. Thought it was very expensive, could have bought a yard of fabric for price of 8 inch block but would not have all the Disney characters, maybe a panel of characters would be nice to see. Most expensive quilt I ever made with LOVE> Linda

Cheap 300 Round Ball Beads Sterling Silver Beading Parts 2mm

This is my first order from this supplier. The price was great, a lot better than what I found on Ebay. It was also much easier to find the product I wanted on Amazon. I didn't have to sort thru a lot of junk. The beads I received were just as described and the shipping was fast.

Cheap Deleter Neopiko-2 Markers (3 Pcs) Green Set

Customer Ratings:

I was glad that the markers came on time, yes, however I was rather disappointed with the quality of them. The nib itself is often to flexible to preform in very small spaces, and the colors themselves don't all blend well together as the package says they will.

However, they are still good markers. vibrant colors, nice tube, per-usual chisel and brush nib, and I'm sure if I fell into the scam of buying more to blend they would be nice to me. Yet I think I'm just going to stick to my Copics for now.

Cheap Thayer & Chandler T61-3 Vega 2000 Airbrush, Medium

I am a professional airbrush artist with 20 years experience. This is my sole source of income. The vega 2000 is my weapon of preference. This brush is so versatile that I use it in everything from high end automotive art to t-shirts. I have had one vega for 14 years and it has sprayed hundreds of gallons of paint in that time and never failed me or givin me a major problem. The only maintenance it has received is the occasional tip and needle. I still run the original air cap even.

You can't go wrong with this brush, no matter what your doing or what your experience level, this brush will deliver.

I have tried many different airbrushes and find this to be the most reliable. easy to clean doesn't clog.

Honest reviews on Thayer & Chandler T61-3 Vega 2000 Airbrush, Medium

This is one of the best airbrushes that I own and it is the 1st one that I used! I have 8 Vega 2000s and they are the most durable of all my airbrushes. I use them for textiles, body painting, murals, and fine art. The main things I love about them are parts price and the easiness of cleaning and spray pattern. They have a large paint tips and light simple construction with limited parts. They don't waste material or add weight to the design on unneeded extras. The big plus is a very consistence dynamic spray pattern that goes from fine to large with ease. Vega 2000's are worth every penny and spray anything you want throw at them. They are a great airbrush to learn with and should be a staple for murals, t-shirts, and body painting!

great brushes of all sizes, shapes, colors, materials for lots of different types of paint or projects. very good price

I figured cheap brushes would be less accurate, or be made from lower quality materials. I didn't think the bristles would be falling out with every brush stroke and getting stuck in the paint. These are basically worthless because you have to pick out the bristles with each coat. Lesson learned.

I use these for everything. I use the small one to make jump rings and coiled cord ends, and I use the larger one for ear wires and other random curves. What can you say, they are metal mandrels.

This is a great little mandrel set for making a small amount of jumprings at a time. It's convenient to have all the different sizes available, but if you're into chain maille...forget it and get something that will crank out more volume.

Reviews of Tombow Dual Brush Pen Set, 6-Pack, Primary Colors (56162)

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $16.99
Sale Price: $13.79

These are "arts" type pens, not a permanent "work" type marker or pen. The colour assortment in this set is perfect for basic user who needs just to add a little colour to a few items that are not going to be subjected to weather or heavy use. As they contain water-based colouring medium they are not appropriate for items that will get wet. Neither are they very good for smooth, hard, non-porous surfaces such as metal, hard or dark plastics, or glass although they will leave a light mark on glass. They work well on paper without a finish, I have used them to good effect on copier paper, school notebook paper, pressed cardboard, construction paper (white ONLY as they do not show up well on any coloured papers) and even a dry-marker board where they are good for making semi-permanent lines which will not wipe off as easily as standard dry markers but can still be easily washed off.

On unfinished or tooling leather these marker pens seem to work really well. They mark easily on skin too, but wash off easily and I had no skin reaction to them even after testing them on forearm for full day; but wouldn't use around eyes or mouth as no idea what is in these as their colouring medium.

The pen construction seems to be good, but they are relatively LONG, 7.5" without cap.

the very fine brush tip is a "brush" tip and has small amount of flex in it so the very sharp point "gives" and you get a much broader line than the extremely sharp tip would first suggest even under very light pressure. That said the tips on both ends do seem to be very strong and not prone to fraying or "mushing".

All worked, none were dried-out or hard to start working. How much marker fluid they actually have in them and how long they will last, I cannot comment on due to limited use so far.

Overall seem to be excellent little "niche" product with good quality fine points.

Bright vibrant colors from these markers. I got the small set since I have been disappointed with other markers in the past. But these will definitely be a repeat buy with the larger sets.

Buy DVD I Can't Believe I m Crocheting Kit (Leisure Arts #46759) (2008)

Customer Ratings:

I am a beginner. I was practicing a bit of crochet with a Susan Bates crochet hooks before this item came. The dvd is a great learning tool, but I recommend getting the Susan Bates crochet hook to learn instead of the one that came with this package. I found that the thin 4 mm crochet hook that came with the dvd is too thin for the yarn that came with it. It's either that or the yarn is not that great since practicing on it, the hook would not pick up the yarn accurately but cuts through the middle of the yarn string itself. I would think that would frustrate a new beginner trying to yarn over and bring to the front a full yarn string, but instead pull only half of it (in the middle of the yarn string). Have fun learning to crochet with this dvd, but I recommend just buying the DVD only that they do sell and get the Susan Bates crochet needle and yarn separately. Remember that certain yarns label certain crochet needle sizes. I looked at the yarn again and it is definitely weak yarn.

The dvd was very informative and instructions easy to follow.

The hook in the package was plastic and size was hard to see. It was hard to work with the yarn included.

Needed this starter set for other stamps I had found. I Will use this often with scrapbooking, card making, and other projects

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

The good i like that the holder does not let the stamp go down too far and does eliminate "smuding." the guide plate does keep the pattern in place.

the not so good the plasic guide is not that well made and makes getting the guide templates in and out a bit of trick.

there are not a whole lot of different stamps to go with this and you can get the same effect with "normal" stamps.

its an ok product but not one of my better purchases.

Grumbacher Academy Watercolor Paint, Set of 10 Colors Reviews

Customer Ratings:

I used to work at an art supply store, so I tried several brands of watercolor paint. This was the first watercolor tube paint I tried, as I had previously only used cakes. Nothing I was painting was coming out the way I wanted them to. I was getting so frustrated with this stuff. It's got such large grains that is really hard to work with and some of the colors were not very lightfast, meaning that they fade easily.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, even if you are just a student or starting out. The frustration level is so high with these paints that you might give up painting completely.

Of course, Windsor and Newton is better, but there are some other good paints out there for less money. Utrecht's private label stuff is pretty good, as is DaVinci. my favorite best bargain watercolor was Liquitex watercolors, but they were soon discontinued after being released. I don't know why. That was really nice stuff. You can always water down Liquitex acrylics and use them as watercolors. Really, almost anything is better than this product.

I know some artists who like the results they get with this, so you mileage may vary.

What the previous reviewer wrote is spot-on. I received these as a gift. Such a sweet gesture on the giver's part, but thank god I didn't start painting with these or I would have abandoned the effort for good. Keep in mind I am coming from about three months of watercolor painting using Prang pan paints, nothing fancy. These are disastrous.

The color is nice and rich and very easy to paint with, its the only watercolor paint I use and trust.

I assumed this product was new because it doesn't say it's used.... wrong! box is ripped and worn, taped shut, interior paint tray is cracked and tubes are used. Previous owner used the brush and must've set it to a point with glue....it's ruined. I'm returning this product.

Review of Pro Art 12-Piece Pencil Set with Case

Customer Ratings:

The pencils are pretty good quality and I'm surprised what you get for the price. I bought this on a whim and am very glad I did. the pencils aren't the best quality but they are pretty good and unless you're a professional you won't know the difference. The case is ok, not the best but its not bad either. Its cloth so I don't predict it to last too long but all in all I'm happy I bought this.
