What you see on the Amazon info. page is technically correct.... There are 8 cards, four each of the 2 designs shown in the picture. But each rectangle pictured is NOT the front of a folded card, which measures 5-7/8 x 4-1/8 inches. Each rectangle is the full sheet of card stock, which is folded to create a note card with those dimensions, & which fits into the envelopes included. For example, look at the rectangle on the left, the one with the large blue iris. The card is folded on a vertical line down the middle. The left edge of the blue iris is near the lefthand fold of the card. The big white hydrangea is in the center of the front image. If you cover the left half of the rectangle, what is visible is the front of the card. The covered half is the back of the folded card.
The 2 lovely images of Chinese 18th-century works of art are all there; they are just FOLDED IN HALF! Half of each is on the front of a card, & half is on the back of that card. I wonder whether other Caspari blank note cards have similarly misleading photos.... Now I think I understand the picture for the following:
Caspari Cards Flowers, Butterfly, and DragonflyBox of Eight Note Cards and Envelopes
With my newfound knowledge, I believe the small red rectangle is a picture of a card folded, & the large green rectangle is the other card design before it was folded. Who knew?

PREMIUM Polished GOLD with Inlaid SILVER Metal ~LION & STALLION Review
Reasonable looking buttons, but those used to button the coat are too small. The price is high for what you get and similar quality can be obtained at a fabric store for less money.

When I saw the item I felt like this was the right button for my navy blazer. I liked the Gold tone with the silver inlays. I am a huge fan of 'coat of arms' so I particularly like the inlaid design. Great set of buttons. If my opinion means anything I would recommend this product.Best Deals for PREMIUM Polished GOLD with Inlaid SILVER Metal ~LION & STALLION
I looked at a lot of buttons on-line when trying to select a set of replacement buttons for a navy blazer that had a couple missing when these caught my eye. They are very good-looking on the blazer and I am very pleased. Service from the seller was also top-notch--instant communication acknowledging order and timely shipment.Sunday, November 2, 2014
Buy Strathmore Pastel Pad 9 Inch X12 Inch
i like the notebook because not only I used it for pastel but for acrylic too and because of paper thickness the result was great. 24sheets 9"x12" ofcourse i didn't noticed when i was buying that the papers come i 6 different colors there are 4 of each these colors: white, cream, blue, green, light pink & brown. but since the colors are mild it's not a problem but it would be better they were all white. eathier way i couldn't get any cheeper than this in stores so I would buy this any way.
I have used the same product in the past myself and found it was great paper to work with.

Good paper. decent quality good for the price. I use it with soft pastels. It's also called charcoal paper but its the sameHonest reviews on Strathmore Pastel Pad 9 Inch X12 Inch
Since I just started doing pastels, I'm not that familiar with the different pastel papers, but this is a really good value for beginners & from what I can gather, this is a standard paper for pastels, both oil & chalk or soft pastels. My mediums have been watercolor, acrylics & oils. You could probably use this for watercolor or acrylic if you have a very light touch & don't get the paper too wet. It's acid free, which is very important when you want your art to last more than a few yrs. I've done 2 pastels on it so far & found it very easy to work on. It's nice because this pad also has different color papers you can try out with your pastels in case you don't want to use the plain white. I'd say it's an excellent value, especially if you're just beginning & are hesitant to spend the money for the more expensive supports.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Strathmore Pastel Pad 9 Inch X12 Inch

Cheap 32" (80cm) addi Turbo Circular Knitting Needles
Addis are incredible needles and make knitting so much easier. The finish is nickle-plated which allows the yarn to glide effortlessly so you aren't constantly trying to move the stitches up into knitting position.
The join between the cable and the needle is so transparent so your stitches don't get caught coming and going.
The cable can be a bit stiff but if you warm it in hot water, prior to use, that will overcome that problems. The lace version cables are much more flexible.
The only thing to be careful of is sometimes the needle can be "too slippery" which means new knitters may be more prone to drop a stitch at the beginning or end of a row.
Other than that, if you are experienced and your the type of knitter whose needles fly, these are the best needles in terms of quality.

I'm so glad I did! If you do a lot of knitting and have the extra cash, these are definitely worth it. I'm tearing through the sweater I'm working on, and it will be hard to go back to go back to my other needles when I'm done. Serously considering buying the set!

I asked a friend to pick me up a couple of circulars from the yarn store the next time she went, and she brought these back. I was a little horrified at how expensive they were (nearly twice the price of other circulars!), but really not having time to return them, decided to give them a shot.I'm so glad I did! Unless I am working with a very slippery yarn, I use Addi Turbo needles for everything. Some of my needles are 13 years old and some sizes are used daily (no kidding, fiber arts is my business) so can attest to their longevity and hard work. There are no snags at the join, like some other lesser quality needles have, and there is no discoloration with the needles. Your hands warm the needles and they are a pleasure to work with. I love to use the longer needles to knit my socks instead of double pointed needlesTuesday, October 28, 2014

I bought this set after some experience using sepia pens Sepia Drawing Pen Set from the same maker. These are advertised for manga/comic use, although there is nothing stopping you from using these pens for any other purpose. However, the assortment of pens is indeed adequate for drawing and inking manga/comic.
This set include three fine-tip pens (0.20 mm, 0.35 mm, and 0.50 mm), one fine marker pen (0.1 mm), one brush-tip, and one mechanical pencil (0.7 mm)
The ink of these pens dries fast; I can practically erase my pencil strokes right after I have finished my inking. However, to avoid smudge while using the brush-tip pen, I would recommend to wait a while longer for the ink to dry.
The fine marker and the brush-tip allow for a great variety of strokes width, while the fine-tips allow to take care of details. There is nothing special about the 0.7mm mechanical pencil. It does include an eraser at it's other end, but if you do any serious amount of drawings it would be gone in no time.
This is a set well balanced set with everything you need for drawing and inking manga. A dedicated eraser is recommended, but this set is still a good starter set without it. I highly recommend these pens.
I bought this kit last year since I was a senior, and now my professor in college wants us to use it for our art project! lol, thing you will probably need if you want to draw small details! Thumps up!
The black ink is exceptionally dark, very quick to dry, and easy to maneuver! I couldn't imagine how I ever managed to make good drawings without using one of these bad boys. However, I recommend customers to not press the pens too hard, as they have a tendency to somewhat tear the felt tip a bit and cause irritating double lines from the loose felt thread. This, however, is very unlikely to happen as long as you take good care of the pens.
In conclusion, this is a wonderful purchase if you're looking to find good pens to line your art!

This is a awesome product. It's perfect for drawing small lines on hair and fabric. Plus if you use Prismacolor markers you'll probably need these. I learned this lesson the hard way when I tried to color one of my pics I had drawn with a sharpie and the Prismacolor made the lines get messed up. I do all my inking with the 1.0 mm. I gives me consistent even lines that I do not get from sharpies. I like to use all the smaller ones for drawing thick to superfine eyelashes, lace, and hair. The brush marker can even give you Asian calligraphy like results when used in the right manner. As a skin color I would suggest getting Copic Milky White and Prismacolor light peach for a tanned look.Best Deals for Sakura 50201 6-Piece Pigma Manga Comic Pro Drawing Kit

Reviews of Darice 3-1/2-Inch by 4-1/2-Inch by 1-Inch Neon Plastic Organizer
I loved the thought of small organizers to plan out my bead projects or better collect my jump rings into compartments based on their size. The Darice 4.5" x 3.5" x 1" neon transparent organizer set of four seemed to be the answer. However, I received the product with one of the trays already broken. Then, another stopped closing. The plastic is just so brittle that it won't hold up to stress. I glued the first back together, and I tape the second shut. I'm waiting for the others to fail. I can't keep anything loose in the trays, for fear that, when something does happen, I'll have beads or jump rings or whatever all over the place. I use tiny zipper bags. This proves that "pretty" doesn't always mean that it's a good idea.
* If you can't see the item photo well, the inside of the boxes has five compartments. The row along the hinge side has three, and the front side has two. The larger of the two on the front side is exactly equal to the length of two compartments in the back row. The size of the small compartment is approximately 1.33" x 1.5", and the large one is 2.8" x 1.5".Product arrived quickly, but wasn't quite what I expected. Much smaller than I thought they would be. Used them for something else, and not as planned.

I love glitter glue and I have all kinds. These are ok. As glitter glue they work just fine. And the colors are nice and clear, but I am not sure I would say they really "POP" all that much. They definitely have more dimension that plain glitter glue, but you can really only tell that if they are next to plain glitter glue. If you did a whole project with just these thinking it is going to stand out a lot, you may be disappointed. If you really want 3D glitter glue stick with the Stickles. If you are just looking for bold colored glitter glue, this works great.

I bought these to use with my 2nd grade students and was very disappointed. The tips clogged and were difficult to clean. On two of the pens the tips actually came off, and I was unable to put them back on. Also, once the pens were half way done, it was very hard to get the remain glitter out of the pens. Glitter that is contained in a gooey substrate is much better than glitter that is only restrained by a child's whims and gravity! My daughter loves this glitter glue. The colors are bright and they do pop. My one complaint, and the reason for only 3 stars, is that the tops (where the glue comes out, not the caps) pop off and they will not screw or push back on, which leads to a mess and to the glitter glue drying sooner than it should.Monday, June 30, 2014

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I'm honestly a bit surprised by all the 5 star reviews, and I'm sure I'm risking some negative comments & unhelpful votes but I'm going to give you my honest opinion on this machine and let you decide what is and isn't important for you in a machine.
I'm not new to paper crafting. I own a Sizzix Big Shot, A Cricut Expression & Mini, and a Silhouette Cameo. I won't like that once I bought the Cameo Silhouette Cameo Starter Kit Bundle Cutter the rest of my machines got pretty dusty except for my Big Shot Sizzix 655268 Big Shot Cutting-and-Embossing Roller-Style Machine which I use for embossing all the time. The electric machines might not be able to cut all the materials that the manual machines like the Fuse can cut and they can't stamp/letterpress at all but honestly how often do you need that ability?
I think the fuse concept is great, it works exactly as advertised and right out of the box it's easy to understand and start using. My "issues" with it are simply based on value. You get one die & two letterpress plates with this very expensive machine. It's very well made, it's huge & heavy but does fold up nice and small for storage or transport (well I'm not sure on the transport part, it is really heavy). That's it though. The dies are expensive and limited, at this point they don't even offer anything that takes advantage of the larger size. I actually would use this to replace my Big Shot IF it came with the adapter set, or if that set was priced lower. It's anywhere from $50 to $100 depending where you shop... WHAT?!?! I can use my Cameo software to make a mat from any stamp I own, cut out the mat/shape with the Cameo and then stamp it (or even do a print and cut after scanning my stamps to make them digital). I'll lose a bit of the texture you'd get from using this machine but again, I'd have endless options. The real deal breaker for me though was that I tried and I CAN use the dies for the Fuse in my Big Shot and they work perfectly (without any fancy adapter I might add). So if you love the idea of a letterpress/die combo and already own a Big Shot you have no need for this machine unless they eventually come out with larger dies and you want those too.
In conclusion it's a solid machine that does exactly what it advertises. It's well made and I suspect will last and last, but unless you have a very specific reason for wanting something this large and heavy, and IMO limited, I just think there are better options out there that are a better value. I'll upload some photos in a bit showing that I was actually able to cut balsa wood with it (but I wouldn't recommend trying that LOL) and showing the results of using the dies in my Big Shot.
This is a great machine! I was able to use it right out of the box, it took a few minutes to read the instructions and i was off and running. Watch this video and you will see in minutes how easy it is to use. Go to my Youtube channel to watch other videos of different uses for the machine. Kleuck100!
More expansion packs available Fuse Medium Design Plate Expansion Pack 4/Pkg-Tag, Fuse Medium Design Plate Expansion Pack 4/Pkg-Marquis
It's built sturdily. Don't let the plastic fool you. This is a heavy, well built machine, in fact, it's more than 20 lbs. While that doesn't make it convenient for crop nights, it does make for a machine that can cut through 3 oz leather, aluminum can sheets (cut off top and bottom, then cut open and straighten), cork, foam and cereal box cardboard fairly easily. Fabric, paper and other lighter materials are a complete breeze. I love that it handles so many materials well which allows for creative re-use.
Limited number of dies available at this point for this machine. The die that came with mine is a scalloped circle with 2 plates for debossing or letterpress. One is a bird that says thank you, the other is a to-from for easy gift tags. If you are going to get this machine, I recommend getting the adapter kit as well. The adapter kit comes with 3 shims, a rubber cutting mat, top plate and bottom plate and is fairly large. It won't do extra long dies but will do almost everything else. Using the adapter kit, you can use the other major companies dies and embossing plates to really expand the potential of the machine.
The dies that are available specifically for the Fuse are wonderful, and you may well want to collect them all. The design sets come with dies and letterpress plates, the expansion packs are letterpress plates for dies you already have. The design sets and expansion sets allow you to-
die cut (die only)
die cut+letter press (die, plate + ink)
die cut+ deboss (die, plate)
deboss (plate only)
letterpress (plate + ink)
It won't slip around when it's set up on a table or desk top, but does take up a fair amount of space when it's open to use. The latches on it all close very securely, which is nice. The unit has a small compartment to hold a couple smaller dies, embossing folders, or ink pads. The whole machine folds up well for keeping it out of your way when you're not using it.
I'm having a blast with this. I love that I can use other companies dies, embossing folders and letter press plates with it, and love how well it works.
The first thing you will notice is that this is a heavy little bugger! Frankly, I was rather surprised by the weight of the machine. I'm not 100% sure what actually weighs so much since most of the machine seems to be plastic but apparently there is a lot more than what meets the eye. The machine is designed to fold-up into a small suitcase sized self contained unit with a handle built in. The design is both smart and space saving as well as ergonimic.
Once opened (with the snap of 2 handles), it speads open and is basically ready to use. There is a small storage space which is ample for the 2 sample templates and plates included but will unlikely suffice for long. Directions are clear and easy to read. There are several different ways to use the machine and in order to review it, I opted to try it out on both paper and fabric despite the fact that my main interest is in using it for fabric. According to the instructions, the machine may actually be used on other materials as well including balsam or other thin materials.
To begin, I opted to try it out on a heavy paper about a 90 weight. Simply stack, put the paper inside and roll through. It takes literally just a few seconds and made a perfect cut with embossing. Next, I tried the same on a piece of cotton fabric just to see how it would work...I was stunned at how nicely it handled the fabric. The hand crank is easy to operate, doesn't require excessive force whatsoever and makes a very nice cut the first time through.
Now, this is a starter set and wanting to use it for fabric, I'm anxious to get the larger additional plates and die etc enhancements. According to the manual, this will accept other template die from other manufacturers (a very nice touch) with the add-on plates. Unfortunately, at this time Amazon has a limited number of ancillary products for this machine. However, there are plenty on eBay and other areas to be found.
For those that enjoy quilting or other fabric based designs, take a look at this machine. Very easy to use, much faster than doing it by hand and more consistent results. Love the ability to get standardized results while still changing out color of fabric in only a fraction of the time. Excellent addition to the sewing room with the added benefit of being a useful item for those that enjoy scrapbooking and/or other crafts.
The system comes with one die ( a 4 inch scalloped circle) and two letterpress units which read "thank you" and "to......from...." and a fabric inking pad (the recommended type) . Be prepared to make a big investment in "design sets" because once you see them you will want them all. Amazon has a good selection and I have seen "sets" and "collections" on ebay. You can buy expansion sets which are basically letterpress units which fit the design unit. You can use dies from other systems if you buy the adapter kit (about $10).
The system is heavy with rubber feet which keeps it from slipping around when you use it but it folds up to a compact size and has a very comfortable handle. There is a storage compartment which will hold about two die sets and a few of your supplies. The bed of the system is 12 inches wide. The gear ratio makes the handle easier to turn than on most systems and it folds compactly.
You can use at least five techniques depending on how you stack the "sandwich":
1.Die, material and mat only to cut a die-cut shape.
2.Die, material, inked letterpress and mat for printed die-cut shape.
3.Die,material, letterpress and mat for letter-pressed die-cut shape.
4.Inked letterpress , material and mat for printed , embossed material.
5.un-inked letterpress, material and mat for embossed design only.
The only negative I can find is the price **Gasp** but it is comparable to other machines of this type and I think the portability and other features make it a much better choice. It's still not too late to hint for Christmas.

Kleuck100!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program If your looking for a good die cutting machine for home use, this one is one of the best out there.
Honest reviews on Fiskars 100770-1001 Fuse Die Cut and Letterpress, Starter Set
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I've long been a fan of Fiskars lawn care products and of course, scissors for sewing but wasn't sure what to expect from this Fuse Die Cut and Letterpress starter set. Unlike many other reviewers, I wanted to use this for sewing rather than scrapbooking and there tends to be a lot of variability in these machines when used for fabric.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program If you're familiar with the " Accuquilt Go" system this works on the same principal: Sandwich the die, materials and mat and crank through the press. This system cuts a bigger selection of materials. Cork, felt, metal, wood veneer and other craft materials.
